Superfood Protein Smoothie

- 1 1/2 cup frozen berry blend
- 1 handful spinach
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 scoop (17g) owyn vanilla protein powder
- 1 scoop (10g) teami blends superfood greens blend powder (matcha, spirulina, and wheatgrass)
Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth. I enjoy having this smoothie in the morning’s after my morning workout, it’s delicious, high in protein, anti-inflammatory, and easy on my gut which is the best way to start the day!
